May 24, 2018 - 8:41 amIt’s an excellent interview with Sevensong. Since I have had clinical insomnia for decades with phases of scheduled sleep in between, although my docs aren’t integrative, my preference would be that they were. Just to get their minds going I just sent them a message asking: since we’ve tried dozens of medications, which failed – can you prescribe a high dose capsule of Hops or Valerian? (Know they can’t but I’m at my wit’s end – it’s been horrid for the 2 yrs I’ve gone thru upheavals, including brain surgery).
